Biomed international having two different manufacturing sites in two different locations.
Biomed Unit-I is located near Gudur taluk of Tirupathi district it is totally dedicated to Bio molecules. A complete environment production measures followed during the manufacturing process.
The manufacturing facility is spread over 1,50,000 Sq ft area consisting Administration block, Two Production Blocks, Warehouse, R&D and Quality control laboratories, Utility Blocks etc,.
A dedicated clean room is established for the manufacturing of pharma, Neutra and food supplement products. Biomed has a robust infrastructure backed by a versatile platform and an experienced team

Core Capabilities or Distinctive Competencies

Research and Development facilities

Biomed international has a well equipped R&D (Research and Development) with sophisticated R&D trained qualified team.

Manufacturing facilities & Product packing facilities

Biomed International adheres to standardized operating procedures and robust quality control systems, ensuring hygienic and controlled environmental conditions throughout the plant. We maintain strict qualifications for all reactors and equipment across the facility.

Our plant features a specialized block dedicated to the manufacturing and packing of products. Additionally, a distinct area is allocated for essential equipment, including dryers, mills, blenders, ANFD, and spray dryers.

The Agitated Nutsche Filter is a state-of-the-art facility designed to streamline the processes of crystallization and drying while minimizing human contact during the final product isolation. This advanced system ensures high-quality output and provides environmental protection by mitigating solvent vaporization.

The Agitated Nutsche Filter efficiently separates solid matter from liquids using pressure or vacuum drying within a closed system. It is specifically utilized for filtration, washing, and drying in both the pharmaceutical and food industries.

Optimizing Product Quality with Efficient Spray Drying Technology

The spray drying process involves atomizing a solution, slurry, or emulsion into fine droplets, which are then transformed into solid powder through evaporation using hot air at controlled temperatures and pressures. This technique simplifies the handling and packaging of powdered products.

Spray drying is widely used in the food and pharmaceutical industries due to its high efficiency, versatility, and ability to consistently produce high-quality products, making it a preferred method compared to other drying techniques.

Advantages of Spray Drying: Efficient, Controlled, and High-Quality Production

In this process, materials are dried in a single operation with minimal human contact, ensuring efficient handling. Spray drying allows for precise control over product size and shape, resulting in uniformity. The technique produces highly concentrated powders with excellent solubility, contributing to high-quality outputs.

Spray dryers can be designed to operate under sterile conditions and are suitable for heat-sensitive or oxidizable materials without causing degradation. Additionally, the spray-dried powders can be easily compressed into tablet forms.

Quality control and Assurance

Our sophisticated in-house quality control laboratory is equipped with advanced imported instruments, including a UV Spectrophotometer, Digital Polarimeter compliant with 21 CFR, GC, and HPLC. We maintain stringent hygiene and controlled environmental conditions to uphold the highest standards.

Quality control is crucial in ensuring the safety, consistency, and efficacy of our products. It encompasses rigorous testing, inspection, and adherence to regulatory standards throughout various stages of production to identify and prevent defects. This process also involves critical decisions regarding raw materials, labeling, and packaging to guarantee product excellence.
